Why are rolls royce cars so expensive?
I mean, whats the appeal?|||All the wood on the interior is hand carved and each piece is picked by hand to make sure the grain looks good. Also all of the interior leather is hand sewn and put in by hand. Its is made by people, not machines...
Its a very expensive car to make... therefore an even more expensive car to purchase.|||its for status. just makes really rich people look better than other rich people.|||the materials are all top notch , in addition to what was said about the leather , the farm the cows were raised on cannot have any barbed wire in it . The cars are hand crafted by artisans , not screwed together by union " slap it together and get it on the truck " whiners .|||the cars are hand made and they last forever.
for sure your paying for the name but also the quality and craftsmanship.
they have several of them that were built over 100 years ago that are still running.

My dad is planning to buy either a rolls royce or benz slr mclaren.?
please give some advice on which one is better. even though i convince him to get the SLR b/c we already have a bentley but he wouldnt listen.|||Um does your dad want to adopt me HEE! What is the best way to clean the seats on my Rolls Royce?
I am assuming that they are leather, in that case, Mr Clean Magic Eraser and a clean, moist white cloth work great. The magic eraser has no chemicals, so wont dry out the leather.|||Have your chauffeur look after it. Don't ask your butler. Cleaning is beneath his station. I'm not very good with these things and am not sure what to do. Can anyone advise me please. |||These type of shares are usually given instead of cash and are a way of deferring tax to the holder.
