How can I trace a vintage Rolls Royce car from about 1940-1943? It was on loan to a Company Director.?

I know that it was 'on loan' to a man who was on a Board of Directors but I do not know the company name, but I know the man's name and address. Surely there would not have been that many 'Rolls' around at that time - and remember too that it was during World War Two! ( It may have had some pink coachwork on the doors!)|||??? Strange question...

If you Know the mans Name and address ?

Write him a letter !!!!!!!! Or search for the man...

Next the car ? Year and Model ?

Most likely a 1939 Year but which model ? Mark V (five)

there was only 12 of those built in 1939 and 1940

Also could be a very Rare 1940

one of one aerodynamic , Corniche

1940-1940 Bentley 4录 L Mk V

That would be cool to find..|||The best thing you can do is search the area history from where he lived as the car is a bit of an oddball and might be mentioned, I tend to do a lot of history research on things for people and find that you can dig up a lot just by using search on Yahoo and Google, if you mail me the details I will give it a go for you.|||You can check if it is still on the road via the DVLA but they won't tell you even a hint of an address.|||Try Rolls Royce themselves, they may be able to help.|||Rolls Royce made no cars from 1940-1943 because of WW2. That should solve your problem.
