How do i remove rear discs on a 70s rolls royce?

i have removed a ring of about 12 bolts in the center cap but cannot remove the cap .can any one please help?|||I tried that a couple of weeks ago. The discs had slipped and the car was in real pain. It had been confined to bed for over 2 weeks. In the end I felt it best to put it out of its agony and had it put down. Hope it doesn't come to that for you. |||Have them tow it into the shop.Let the experts do the work.|||check the rr seals if broken you arein it deep if not ring rolls and they will tell you how|||Have the Queen's mechanic take care of it
