Why is a Rolls Royce Phantom better than a Maybach?

Im looking for specifics. PLEASE dont say "its classier". if that is your answer, then please explain WHY.|||Your right there are not a lot of specs on either one of these cars. I did come across this article from automobile magazine but it's pretty sparse on information about the car other then luxury and what not. The New York times has some information on it. Not sure if it's what your looking for.

On the Maybach the best I can do is direct you to their web site for more information. The sites I found again where pretty sparse on any information about the car... One thing that has always made the Rolls stand out from any other car, is the fact that aside from the welding of the body, this is one of the few cars that is still assembled completely by hand. the leather seats are all still all hand stitched, the carpets are custom cut for each car and fit to precise size, any time you call for a wood trim it is still hand crafted and fitted to the car. the detail and work that goes in to a rolls is truly what you pay for when you buy one of these cars. Anyone who has ever had the opportunity to ride in one knows what I am talking about. It is truly a master piece of automotive construction. Hope this helps.|||To put it simply, the Maybach is a stretched previous generation Mercedes S600 plus 200k. The Roller, while it does use BMW sourced electronics and drivetrain is otherwise all Rolls-Royce. The Maybach (My-Bock not May-back...thanks JayZ) will end production this year.
